As EPIC’s Marketing Manager for the Employee Benefits division, you will be the driving force behind our content-based marketing strategy. You own the development, execution, and optimization of marketing (educational, sales etc) campaigns that directly influence revenue growth. You are closely partnered with sales leaders and subject matter experts to translate complex business needs into high impact marketing actions. You build programs that elevate brand visibility, generate new business, and strengthen client relationships. With a sharp command of KPIs and emerging trends across digital, PR, and social channels, you guide a matrixed team to plan and launch campaigns that deliver measurable results.
