About The Position

B.H. Inc. is seeking a Divisional EHS Manager for its Renewables division in Pleasant View, Utah. This full-time role involves being the primary safety authority for the division, leading site safety managers, and ensuring project safety through audits, training, and guidance. The goal is to build a proactive safety culture that protects crews and drives results. The position requires approximately 50% travel.

Requirements

• OSHA 500 or CHST certification
• Bachelor's degree or five years of relevant experience in an equivalent safety position
• Five or more years of experience in an equivalent safety position or industry supervisory experience
• Previous supervisory and management experience
• Valid driver's license, a safe driving record, and the ability to obtain and keep a DOT medical card

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the site safety managers across the division
• Conduct daily safety observations and give hazard recognition and risk mitigation guidance on active projects
• Investigate the root causes of incidents and injuries and make sure they are reported right away
• Perform safety audits and build safety policies into divisional standard operating procedures
• Deliver new hire safety orientations, OSHA training, and safety meetings
• Maintain division EHS scorecards and track TRIR, DART, training compliance, and corrective action closure
