The Franchise Finance and Auto Division Sales Executive will serve as the industry sales leader to the Division Executive and is responsible for designing and implementing strategies to drive sustained and profitable new client acquisition growth across all segments – emerging middle market, middle market and mid corporate. This role will lead the implementation of respective Franchise Finance and Automotive industry strategies to enhance business productivity, promote business growth programs, improve client acquisition techniques, and identify opportunities to improve sales effectiveness. Additionally, this role will help foster and reinforce a high performing sales culture; align resources, training, and support; and provide coaching to the Business Development teams.
