The Division Manager will work with other WTS management to establish overall objectives regarding sales, production, profits, quality, and staff development, monitor progress, and ensure achievement. This role involves developing divisional budgets, operating within them, and making recommendations for equipment or other asset purchases. The Division Manager is responsible for ensuring employee compliance with WTS policies and procedures, empowering managers within the division, and establishing/promoting contacts with local and state agencies, associations, and prospective customers. This position requires staying informed about competition, market trends, and developing/implementing Best Practices procedures. The Division Manager will manage budgets, review sales documents, control costs, increase revenue, and direct personnel management, including recruitment, hiring, discipline, promotions, terminations, performance objectives, and evaluations. They will also ensure personnel cross-training, conduct performance reviews, plan and direct staff development, and perform work site inspections. Additionally, the role involves ensuring proper contract file setup, timely and accurate contract reporting, and managing customer complaints to achieve satisfaction. Other duties as assigned.
