The Division Manager will work with other WTS management to establish overall objectives regarding sales, production, profits, quality, and staff development, monitor progress, and ensure achievement. This role involves developing divisional budgets, operating within them, and making recommendations for equipment or other asset purchases. The Division Manager is responsible for ensuring employee compliance with WTS policies and procedures, empowering managers within the division, and establishing/promoting contacts with local and state agencies, associations, and prospective customers. This position requires staying informed about competition, market trends, and developing/implementing Best Practices procedures. The Division Manager will manage budgets, review sales documents, plan and direct personnel management, conduct performance reviews, and foster staff development. Periodic work site inspections, ensuring proper contract file setup and timely reporting, and responding to customer complaints are also key responsibilities. Other duties as assigned.
