About The Position

Quantum Services is hiring a hands-on Division Manager to lead its field inventory audit team in the Grand Rapids, Michigan area. The manager works alongside the team at convenience store locations, overseeing daily scheduling, audit accuracy, coaching, and relationships with client store managers. The position includes regular local route travel to client locations within a regional area of up to a three-hour radius. Drive time is compensated hourly, and mileage is reimbursed. The schedule is Monday through Friday, averaging 36–42 hours per week, with field audit starts typically around 6:00 AM. Occasional overtime Saturdays may be required. The role includes hourly pay, medical, dental and vision benefits, paid time off, a 401(k) match, tuition reimbursement, and a company-provided laptop.

Requirements

Prior experience as a Supervisor, Team Lead, Shift Manager, or Field Lead in retail, inventory, route operations, or general labor environments.
Valid driver's license, active personal auto insurance, a reliable personal vehicle, and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
Ability to stand, bend, squat, use short step-ladders, lift up to 25 pounds, and operate handheld data-entry keypads in varying temperatures, including walk-in coolers and freezers.
Reliable home Wi-Fi access for administrative reporting.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

Work alongside field audit teams in convenience stores to perform accurate stock counts across sales floors, stockrooms, walk-in coolers, and freezers.
Develop team schedules, track attendance, and provide hands-on training and performance support to Audit Supervisors and Auditors.
Communicate audit findings, resolve inventory discrepancies, and build professional relationships with store managers after audits.
Manage operational logistics, including team itineraries, payroll submission, and daily audit reporting.
