About The Position

Quantum Services is hiring a hands-on Division Manager to lead its regional field inventory audit team in the Grand Rapids area. The role involves working alongside the team in convenience store locations, managing daily schedules, promoting audit accuracy, coaching inventory auditors, and maintaining relationships with client store managers. The position offers $26.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly, paid drive time, mileage reimbursement, a company laptop, corporate benefits, and 100% paid hands-on operational training.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, beginning with a 6:00 AM kickoff and averaging 36–42 hours per week. Work typically finishes in the early to mid-afternoon; occasional overtime Saturdays may be needed. Daily local route travel to client locations may cover a radius of up to three hours. The role requires field work in convenience stores, including sales floors, stockrooms, and walk-in coolers or freezers, as well as administrative reporting.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Supervisor, Team Lead, Shift Manager, or Field Lead in retail, inventory, route operations, or general labor environments.
• Valid driver’s license, active personal auto insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle.
• Ability to pass standard background and Motor Vehicle Record checks.
• Comfort standing, bending, stooping, climbing short step-ladders, lifting up to 25 pounds, operating handheld keypads, and working in cool or cold storage environments such as walk-in coolers.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable home Wi-Fi access for administrative reporting.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside field audit teams in convenience stores to conduct accurate stock counts across sales floors, stockrooms, and walk-in coolers and freezers.
• Develop daily team schedules and track attendance.
• Provide hands-on training and ongoing performance support to Audit Supervisors and Auditors.
• Communicate audit findings and resolve inventory discrepancies with client store managers.
• Build professional relationships with store managers after audits are completed.
• Manage field logistics, including team itineraries.
• Submit payroll and complete daily audit reporting using a company laptop.
