CHIMES INTERNATIONAL is seeking a Division Manager for its Residential Programs. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations across multiple residential homes, ensuring compliance and quality, and coordinating admissions, transfers, and program implementation. The Division Manager will lead and coordinate Individual Plan (IP) development and execution, acting as a primary point of contact for individuals, families, and stakeholders. They will also supervise House Managers and indirectly oversee Direct Support Professionals, conduct performance evaluations, and participate in hiring and training. Additionally, the role involves ensuring health, safety, and medication records are accurate, overseeing incident reporting, responding to emergencies, and maintaining compliance with all relevant standards. Fiscal and administrative oversight includes reviewing timesheets, managing financial allowances, and supporting cost-effective operations.
