About The Position

ServiceMaster DSI, the nation’s largest ServiceMaster franchise, is launching a new pilot market in Downers Grove, IL, focused on Exterior Restoration. The company is seeking an experienced leader to build and scale this division from the ground up, leveraging the resources and stability of an industry leader. This role is not a maintenance position; its objective is to establish a scalable exterior division capable of growing into a multi-million-dollar operation within the market. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader responsible for establishing workflows, vetting trade partners, and setting high standards for quality and performance in the territory.

Requirements

Must currently hold (or be fully qualified to hold) the Illinois Roofing License Qualifier.
7+ years in exterior construction, roofing, or insurance restoration.
Proficiency in Xactimate (or similar) to prepare and review estimates that balance carrier requirements with job profitability.
Proven experience managing field crews, vetting subcontractors, and driving project margins.

Responsibilities

Be the primary driver of this pilot market, owning performance across estimating, production, and project execution.
Own TPA performance metrics, ensuring KPIs for response time, documentation quality, and carrier compliance are met to create a competitive advantage.
Oversee projects from initial assignment to final walkthrough, including profitability, margin management, and compliance.
Establish standardized processes, quality controls, and subcontractor relationships to enable the division's scalability.
Report directly to executive leadership, with autonomy to make decisions and drive results without corporate red tape.
