About The Position

KLA is looking for a Division Controller. This unique role supports both a product division and central organizations within Semiconductor Products and Customers, offering continuous career growth and a highly collaborative team environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree plus 8 years' experience or Master's Degree plus 6 years' experience or PhD plus 3 years' experience
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude and a high sense of ownership and accountability
  • Solid accounting foundation with the ability to apply accounting principles to financial analysis
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, experience using automation to improve reporting efficiency is a plus
  • Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, including the ability to synthesize large or complex datasets.
  • Working knowledge of AI enabled tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to enhance financial analysis, reporting, and decision support.
  • Ability to manage deadlines in a fast‑paced environment, prioritize effectively, and multitask.
  • High attention to detail and quality of work, with a strong motivation to learn and improve.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and proactively solve problems independently.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full P&L for a product division, providing end‑to‑end finance support to the Business Unit General Manager.
  • Drive deep understanding of bookings, shipments, and revenue (BSR) recognition, manufacturing activities, and cost of service drivers.
  • Support central groups worldwide, understand spending requirements, financial impacts, and key cost drivers.
  • Collaborate with central group and product division leaders to develop, maintain, and update allocation methodologies.
  • Work cross‑functionally with Engineering, Applications, Sales, Operations, Marketing, and HR to support business decisions and execution.
  • Lead finance support for the annual strategic planning and budgeting processes, including alignment with long‑term product development roadmaps.
  • Own monthly snapshots and quarterly close activities, including variance analysis versus forecasts, balance sheet reviews, and account reconciliations.
  • Build, standardize, and maintain monthly and quarterly management reporting to support business reviews and executive decision‑making.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop a dedicated team of financial analysts, fostering strong technical skills, business acumen, and career growth.
