The Division Chief Financial Officer (CFO) provides strategic financial leadership across their assigned division, translating clinical and operational goals into sound financial plans. Reporting to the VP of Financial Operations, the Division CFO directs financial planning and analysis, accounting, revenue cycle, budgeting, and reporting functions across all facilities and programs within the division, ensuring fiscal integrity, regulatory compliance, and the efficient use of resources in support of high-quality care. Relationships and Contacts Within the organization: Maintains close and frequent contact with corporate finance and revenue cycle team members, admissions leadership, Division clinical leadership and utilization review team members along with their assigned Division CEO(s). Outside the organization: Builds and maintains strong professional relationships with external auditors, banks and lending institutions, payors, vendors, and regulatory and community partners.
