Our mission-driven client is seeking a District Sales Manager for the Southeast Territory. This is a full-time, remote position with competitive pay and benefits. Requirements

  • 5+ years in the wastewater treatment industry, with a primary focus on customer accounts and sales.
  • Technical knowledge of wastewater treatment plants, including a variety of experience in food and beverage, mining, oil and gas, or related fields.
  • Must reside in Georgia or South Carolina.
  • 5-10 years experience selling chemical solutions.
  • Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and execute sales plans with new and existing customers to achieve growth targets.
  • Work closely with current and prospective customers to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including plant and facility executives, to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Provide on-site and virtual technical support to customers by identifying and resolving challenges and escalating issues as needed.
  • Support clients with repairs and maintenance to uphold our chemistry/equipment programs.
  • Engage in problem-solving by conducting system analyses, interpreting data, and providing written recommendations to ensure optimal customer operations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing comprehensive training on Cesco products, verifying proper application equipment functionality, and troubleshooting operational issues.
  • Actively promote and support Cesco innovations and technology within assigned accounts to strengthen long-term business relationships.
  • Must be willing to travel as needed throughout the region.
  • Maintain a clean driving record and possess a valid driver's license.
