About The Position

Würth USA is looking for a driven and motivated District Sales Manager to guide and support a sales team. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within your district, setting targets, and cultivating overall growth.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of sales management experience.
  • Ability to travel 75% of the time. (Within district)
  • A passion for sales and the motivation to succeed.
  • Proficiency of Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new team members.
  • Create and foster a collaborative and motivating team environment.
  • Create and maintain productive territories with effective routing plans.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Oversee sales-representatives daily routines and give effective feedback.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
