As a Commercial Sales Manager, you will play a key role in presenting our customers with a consultative, relationship-focused approach -- one that will make their food service businesses thrive. This position leads the Georgia East Market - OTP Atlanta. Some of the geography includes Alpharetta, Norcross, Gainesville, Helen, Suwannee, Athens, Stone Mountain, Lake Oconee.

Requirements

Four or more years previous sales or business experience.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data, including profitability models.
Ability to work evening and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of high-performing, results-driven outside sales representatives.
Hire, develop, and retain staff, creating robust succession plans and developing the next generation of leaders.
Identify goals and objectives, provide regular and candid feedback through evaluations or coaching sessions.
Develop sales targets for individual sales representatives.
Understand areas of customer focus, including Sales Building, Staffing, Profitability, and Compliance.
Visit key existing and future customers.
Participate in food shows, regional customer events, customer segment shows, and customer trips to headquarters to maintain visibility with customers, segments, or associations.
