As a District Sales Manager, you’ll be part of our Mac Tools team working as a virtual employee. You’ll get to achieve annual operating plan by working with distributors to increase route averages and recruiting new distributors into the territory. This role involves conducting Field Excellence Meetings (FEMs) every 60 days, which includes lifting more than 10 pounds of product to showcase to customers. You will also conduct effective work-withs (truck ride-a-longs) 3-4 days per week to provide coaching and support to distributors. This includes initial training and potential assistance with new starts. You will attract and retain distributors, conduct new franchisee training (2-week ride-along), and set up new start trucks, which involves pushing and pulling product and toolboxes. Revisits may be needed for development and coaching as directed by management. You will also manage regional credits and adjustments and perform route surveys for new starts and as requested.
