The District Sales Manager is responsible for supporting Account Executives in the assigned district to maximize sales growth and profitably. This role involves delivering significant volume growth, maintaining profitability, and effectively coaching, mentoring, training, and directing Account Executives. The position requires developing and implementing strategic sales plans, establishing performance goals for Account Executives, and regularly reviewing their performance. Leveraging technology and data analysis to identify growth opportunities, developing strategic relationships with key customers, and performing periodic account reviews are also key aspects of this role. Additionally, the District Sales Manager will address and resolve escalated customer concerns expeditiously and perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
