While this is a remote position not located at a physical Medtronic site, the candidate hired will be required to reside within the territory and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region. A valid driver's license is essential for this role. The Endoscopy Operating Unit, part of Medical Surgical, has created a business out of disrupting the status quo in the detection, prevention, and treatment of gastrointestinal cancers and chronic diseases. We’ve done this by commercializing transformational technologies that improve patient management and standards of care while increasing access to our innovations worldwide. We improve patient outcomes by empowering every gastroenterologist across the globe with artificial intelligence and disruptive therapeutic technologies. This is a field-based Medtronic Endoscopy team sales leadership position. The individual will lead a team of Territory Managers (TM) to exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas by expanding utilization of Endoscopy products through market development and sales. This District Sales Manager leads a team that covers Texas and should reside within that region, preferably in a large metropolitan area.
