Eaton Corporation’s Electrical Sector is seeking a District Sales Director, covering Dallas/Forth Worth, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Northern Louisiana. This person will report directly to the Regional Vice President of Sales and must be based within 50 miles of Dallas/Fort Worth. The District Sales Director will have responsibility to direct all sales activities to achieve performance goals in accordance with marketing and sales plans. This position requires coaching, directing and training sales professionals and application engineers in their respective assignments to succeed at managing and developing their customer base, leveraging internal and external sales resources. This person will also be driving products and the channel to market to achieve market share gains, support price attainment goals and support strategic initiatives throughout the district. This role has direct ownership of > $250M revenue business.
