This role is accountable for all district store activities and operations, impacting customers, staff, and the achievement of company goals. The District Manager will meet company revenue goals by achieving or exceeding monthly budget expectations, conduct facility audits, and oversee daily activities and scheduling of staff, providing feedback. This role involves recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new staff, and leading by example to create a positive work environment through coaching and development. The position requires travel within the designated area to every store and other locations as directed for meetings and training.
