About The Position

Step into a District Manager role and help lead our Mid-Atlantic team! In this role, you will develop and support Field Reps through coaching, KPI conversations, ride-alongs, performance follow-up, and ongoing communication. District Managers play a key role in driving route completion, wins, merchandising standards, brand knowledge, team culture, and overall regional performance.

Requirements

• Live in, or be willing to relocate to, the DMV area (Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia), or Pennsylvania (Philadelphia, Allentown).
• Employed with Basemakers for a minimum of 9 months.
• Consistently met either of the following metrics: Wins conversion at or above the company standard of 7.5% OR 95% route completion.
