About The Position

The District Manager oversees the operations of Loft Outlet and Ann Taylor Factory stores within Southern California, Arizona, and Nevada. The role drives profitability across the district by focusing on customer experience, business operations, product management, and talent development, while ensuring stores run smoothly and achieve their goals.

The position cultivates a customer-focused and inclusive environment, develops management-level talent, and works closely with store managers to maintain merchandising and operational standards. It also involves regular travel among multiple store locations and analysis of business reporting to develop strategies that maximize performance.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of specialty retail experience.
• Multi-store management experience.
• Strong people management skills.
• Technology proficiency and strong business acumen.
• Ability to travel and manage time appropriately among multiple store locations.

Responsibilities
