About The Position

Respicardia at ZOLL is seeking a Territory Manager for its West sales territory, primarily based in Los Angeles, CA. This is a remote, field-based sales role focused on executing commercial strategies to identify, develop, and activate Central Sleep Apnea (CSA) programs. The role involves direct engagement with healthcare providers, hospital systems, and sleep centers to drive therapy adoption and utilization. The Territory Manager is responsible for meeting sales targets, managing accounts, and coordinating resources to ensure territory development and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience
  • 5+ years as a high-performing medical sales representative with experience in program building
  • Demonstrated organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work well within a team
  • Willingness to take responsibility and act independently, when necessary, with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to travel (including overnight stays) 30-50%; travel may vary based on territory and business needs

Responsibilities

  • Open new Central Sleep Apnea programs by engaging with Heart Failure Specialists, Electrophysiologists, Sleep Center Physicians, and associated clinic staffs.
  • Meet with existing and potential customers, including physicians, physician office groups, hospital administrators, and reimbursement specialists, to identify clinical needs and demonstrate how company products can help achieve their goals.
  • Develop relationships with hospital personnel through meetings and conference participation to identify key decision-makers and drive future sales.
  • Train customers on the prevalence of moderate to severe CSA, screening pathways, and therapy titration.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of reimbursement dynamics and conduct value-based sales conversations with economic buyers.
  • Support unit implants in hospital accounts and perform patient follow-up to ensure customer and patient success.
  • Respond to customer needs, questions, and concerns regarding products and services.
  • Exceed all quarterly sales quotas.
  • Manage company resources within guidelines and governmental regulations.
  • Be available for calls after normal working hours as needed.
  • Maintain current vendor credentials to access customer facilities.

Benefits
