About The Position

The company is seeking a results-driven and experienced District Manager to provide leadership and oversight for multiple Jamba stores across the Hawaiian Islands. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressive leadership experience in quick-service restaurants, food service, retail, hospitality, or a related multi-unit environment, including experience as a General Manager or equivalent leadership role.
  • Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and reliable transportation required.
  • Current food safety certification required or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hire.
  • Food Handler certification or permit as required by local regulations.
  • Compliance with all applicable health and safety requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Three (3) or more years of multi-unit leadership experience in a quick-service, fast-casual, retail, or similar multi-location operation preferred.
  • Demonstrated success leading teams, developing managers, and achieving measurable business results.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stores while maintaining high operational standards.
  • Strong understanding of operational, financial, and people-management best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, train, mentor, and develop General Managers to achieve performance objectives related to sales growth, profitability, labor management, food costs, guest satisfaction, and operational execution.
  • Conduct regular announced and unannounced store visits to evaluate operational performance, facility standards, team presentation, product quality, food safety, inventory controls, staffing effectiveness, and overall guest experience.
  • Ensure all stores operate in compliance with company standards, operational procedures, and federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Analyze sales, profit and loss statements, budgets, and other key performance indicators to identify opportunities and develop action plans that improve operational results.
  • Partner with General Managers to increase sales, manage expenses, improve operational execution, and achieve financial objectives.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and sound business judgment when addressing staffing challenges, operational priorities, and changing business needs.
  • Resolve guest concerns and employee relations matters in a timely and professional manner.
  • Investigate escalated issues involving employee relations, cash handling, safety, security, and compliance.
  • Lead succession planning efforts by identifying, coaching, and developing high-potential leaders for advancement opportunities.
  • Support the professional growth of General Managers and team members through ongoing coaching, training, and development initiatives.
  • Promote clear communication and collaboration throughout the district by sharing company initiatives, operational priorities, best practices, and performance expectations.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and support organizational objectives.
  • Ensure effective execution of new product launches, promotional initiatives, operational programs, and required training activities.
  • Support store openings, remodels, relocations, and rebranding initiatives within the assigned territory.
  • Participate in the development and management of annual operating budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive consistency, operational efficiency, and overall business performance.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
