About The Position

Team Honey Badger, a growing Domino’s franchise operating more than 100 stores across multiple states, is seeking a District Manager to join its management team in the Twin Cities Metro. The role oversees five to seven restaurant units and leads restaurant management teams to drive sales and profitability while developing unit managers’ professional abilities. The District Manager ensures compliance with financial controls, operating standards, policies, and procedures, supporting positive customer experiences and a positive work environment for employees. The position offers a fast-paced, challenging setting, with training and tools to support personal and team development.

Requirements

• College degree and at least 3 years of experience as a District Manager or multi-unit operator in the restaurant industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong talent and performance-management skills.
• Solid financial analysis skills.
• Clean driving and criminal record.
• Great attitude and customer-oriented personality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for five to seven restaurant units.
• Lead restaurant management teams to drive sales and profitability.
• Develop the professional abilities of unit management staff.
• Ensure business processes are enforced for financial controls, operating standards, policies, and procedures.
