About The Position

We are currently looking for a District Manager, Women's Health Sales to join our Women's Health sales team! The District Manager is a leadership position responsible for growing Natera’s Women’s Health Prenatal and Hereditary Cancer Products within the assigned DFW geography. This role achieves results by leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team of 4-6 direct reports, ranging from Senior Clinical Field Specialists (CFS) to Associate Sales Representatives (ASR).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include Science, Nursing, or a related healthcare discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience, Women’s Health Preferred.
  • Background in medical or biological sciences is preferred.
  • Trained on a recognized Industry Sale Process Program such as SPIN Selling, Challenger, Janek, IMPAX, Wilson Learning etc.

  • History of leadership or Natera sales success in achieving or exceeding sales goals (previous 2 quarters of 100% or better preferred).
  • Award winning sales professional due to individual and team achievements.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and balance a blended team, effectively mentoring associate-level reps while strategically partnering with senior-level reps.
  • Competent and consistently uses established sales processes.
  • Intellectual curiosity, emotional intelligence, flexible, self-motivated, and results oriented with strong leadership, interpersonal and analytical skills.

  • Deeply knowledgeable of Sunshine Act, Stark and Anti-Kickback regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, Gmail, Salesforce.com, Concur, and Qliksense.

Responsibilities

  • Achieving and exceeding sales goals for assigned DFW territories.
  • Achieving sales goals by developing territory and account action plans to close competitive accounts, cross selling of all Women’s Health Products and increasing physician utilization.
  • Developing expert knowledge of Natera’s Women’s Health products and UX services.
  • Employing Sales processes such as Janek to conduct and coach effective sales calls.
  • Knowing the customer business needs (internal vs. external) and acting accordingly; anticipating customer needs, and giving high priority to customer satisfaction and customer service.
  • Planning, scheduling, and organizing work to optimize time and resources; prioritizing important and urgent demands.
  • Acting as a strong team player, showing a positive attitude; being helpful and supportive of others; communicating professionally and clearly; accepting and incorporating feedback.
  • Assessing skill strengths and weaknesses of individuals and teams ranging from associate to senior levels in order to determine what actions are appropriate to build and/or improve the needed skills.
  • Identifying, recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
  • Coaching and developing a 4-6 person team of Senior CFSs and ASRs, while addressing and managing personnel and performance issues.
  • Collaborates with Strategic Account Managers, Medical Sales Liaisons and Medical Directors to close new business.
  • Following Natera Company Policies and modeling Natera Core Values.
  • Enforces Compliance - Sunshine Act, Stark, Anti-Kickback (Entertainment, Business Meals, Education of Healthcare Providers).
  • Ensuring expense reporting is completed timely and accurately while staying within Stark Limits.
  • This role works with PHI on a regular basis both in paper and electronic form and have an access to various technologies to access PHI (paper and electronic) in order to perform the job. Employee must complete training relating to HIPAA/PHI privacy, General Policies and Procedure Compliance training and security training as soon as possible but not later than the first 30 days of hire. Must maintain a current status on Natera training requirements.
