About The Position

Asahi Beer USA is seeking a District Manager to grow its San Diego/Orange County business. This field-based role involves driving the availability, visibility, and velocity of Asahi Super Dry, Twisted Shotz, and Zeitaku Shibori across retail accounts in the territory. The District Manager will execute specific goals, build strong working relationships with distributor partners, and develop brand presence across on and off-premise accounts. This role is ideal for a self-starter who is energized by being in market, building relationships, and making brands accessible to consumers. The position offers opportunities for growth and scope expansion for the right candidate.

Requirements

A demonstrated background in brand and relationship development within a specific geographic territory
Experience working with distributor partners in a field sales role
Familiarity with on and off-premise retail in the beer, RTD, or beverage alcohol space
A self-starter who takes ownership of their territory and results
Ambition to grow — this role has room to expand for the right person
Someone who'd rather be in market than in a meeting
Field sales and territory management
Distributor relationship building and collaboration
On and off-premise account development
Brand availability, visibility, and velocity execution
Beer and/or RTD category experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
