Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record and drug screen.
  • Must have valid Driver’s license.
  • Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Record.
  • One to three months related experience and/or training without a Diploma or GED; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be able to read and write Standard English language.
  • Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
  • Must be able to write simple correspondence.
  • Must be able to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, clients and other employees of the organization.
  • Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems.
  • Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed.

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
  • Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize personal vehicle to travel to each assigned work location and receive a bi-weekly stipend for gas.
  • Efficiently direct vehicular traffic in designated areas as directed while providing exceptional hospitality services.
  • Assist patrons of the parking location.
  • Uphold sites management teams parking policy and procedures.
  • Assist guests with directions and setting up user accounts.
  • Assist guests with directions and all other inquiries.
  • Stand while serving guests.
  • Provide information about surrounding area as well as main attractions to guests as needed.
  • Stand at location entrances and flag to attract transient traffic to the location.
  • Effectively position removable signage.
