Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record and drug screen.
Must have valid Driver’s license.
Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Record.
One to three months related experience and/or training without a Diploma or GED; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be able to read and write Standard English language.
Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
Must be able to write simple correspondence.
Must be able to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, clients and other employees of the organization.
Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems.
Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Utilize personal vehicle to travel to each assigned work location and receive a bi-weekly stipend for gas.
Efficiently direct vehicular traffic in designated areas as directed while providing exceptional hospitality services.
Assist patrons of the parking location.
Uphold sites management teams parking policy and procedures.
Assist guests with directions and setting up user accounts.
Assist guests with directions and all other inquiries.
Stand while serving guests.
Provide information about surrounding area as well as main attractions to guests as needed.
Stand at location entrances and flag to attract transient traffic to the location.
Effectively position removable signage.
