Requirements

5+ years of progressive and successful industry experience with progressive experience in management, coaching, and training.
Frontline labor operations management / IUEC field foreman or installation experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree, or 5 years of elevator-escalator industry experience plus additional experience in frontline operations management or IUEC field foreman installation experience.
Proven ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, projects, and resources to achieve outcomes.
Working knowledge of safety, environmental regulations, and general financial/accounting principles.
Strong leadership, change sponsorship, coaching, and team building capabilities.
Effective communicator with strong presentation, persuasion, and technical interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

Provide high-level field training and guidance to support the rollout of development projects, initiatives, and critical strategies, strengthening field capabilities across the organization.
Ensure field crews deliver installation and modernization projects safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with procedures, codes, and quality standards while resolving complex technical challenges and driving continuous improvement.
