About The Position

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive and successful industry experience with progressive experience in management, coaching, and training.
  • Frontline labor operations management / IUEC field foreman or installation experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree, or 5 years of elevator-escalator industry experience plus additional experience in frontline operations management or IUEC field foreman installation experience.
  • Proven ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, projects, and resources to achieve outcomes.
  • Working knowledge of safety, environmental regulations, and general financial/accounting principles.
  • Strong leadership, change sponsorship, coaching, and team building capabilities.
  • Effective communicator with strong presentation, persuasion, and technical interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level field training and guidance to support the rollout of development projects, initiatives, and critical strategies, strengthening field capabilities across the organization.
  • Ensure field crews deliver installation and modernization projects safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with procedures, codes, and quality standards while resolving complex technical challenges and driving continuous improvement.
