About The Position
As a District Manager, you will play a pivotal role in exceeding customer expectations, developing employee abilities, and ensuring the smooth operation of Pinkbox Doughnuts locations within your assigned district. You will supervise multiple stores and shop managers, uphold company product standards, and support the daily operations, financial controls, safety, training, and performance of the shops. The role is based at Pinkbox Doughnuts Shared Services in Las Vegas, Nevada, and offers a salary range of $100,000 to $120,000.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry.
- At least 4 years of experience managing multiple locations.
- Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout each shift.
- Ability to bend, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely navigate a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Ability to multitask and remain positive in busy working conditions.
- Availability to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and all holidays.
Responsibilities
- Supervise multiple stores and shop managers.
- Ensure all products meet company standards.
- Interact with employees, customers, and vendors in a positive, professional manner and serve as a role model for the team.
- Be knowledgeable and proficient in each position within the shop.
- Manage, execute, and delegate daily shop functions.
- Understand production and oversee the back-of-house area as needed.
- Maintain safe access and manager authority regarding cash handling, refunds, voids, and discounts.
- Ensure sanitation practices are followed when handling and preparing food in the back-of-house area.
- Ensure company safety and security policies are followed.
- Train and coach employees during each shift to meet company and brand standards.
- Use tools to accomplish goals, manage labor, and control inventory.
- Conduct and attend regular manager meetings, communicating store successes and areas for improvement.
- Perform additional tasks as requested by Management and as needed to successfully run the shop.
- Carry out additional opening and closing responsibilities.
- Comply with brand and company uniform and hygiene policies.
