About The Position

Doughnut Distributors pack and stage doughnuts for customers who receive daily deliveries, ensuring the products are fresh and meet Krispy Kreme’s quality standards. The role helps make truck loading more efficient so delivery drivers can return to their routes promptly. Distributors may also train in other shop operations, including assisting customers, cleaning, and decorating doughnuts.

Requirements

No previous experience is necessary.
Open availability and flexibility are required, including the ability to work any shift.
Present oneself professionally and adhere to uniform standards.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Pack and stage doughnuts in boxes and racks for delivery.
Check packaged doughnuts for freshness and quality, and raise concerns with relevant team members.
Maintain clean work areas and equipment in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards, using brooms, mops, and other cleaning products.
Organize doughnuts according to drivers’ route orders and track which products are being delivered to each customer to support route efficiency and accuracy.
Keep the loading area clean and organized; check for safety or quality issues and escalate concerns to leaders.
Train in other shop operations, including assisting customers, cleaning the shop, and decorating doughnuts.
