About The Position

Doughnut Distributors pack and stage doughnuts for customers receiving fresh daily deliveries, ensuring products meet Krispy Kreme freshness and quality standards. The role helps make truck loading more efficient so delivery drivers can return to their routes promptly. Distributors organize doughnuts by route and customer, maintain a clean and safe loading area, and raise quality or safety concerns to the appropriate team members. They may also train in other shop operations, including customer assistance, shop cleaning, and doughnut decorating.

Requirements

No previous experience is necessary.
Open availability and flexibility are required, including the ability to work any shift.
Present oneself professionally, including adhering to uniform standards.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Pack and stage doughnuts in boxes and racks for delivery.
Check doughnuts for freshness and quality and bring concerns to relevant team members.
Clean work areas and equipment to maintain food safety and sanitation standards, using brooms, mops, and other cleaning products.
Organize doughnuts according to drivers’ route orders and track which products are going to which customers.
Keep the loading area clean and organized and escalate safety or quality concerns to leaders.
Train in other shop operations, including assisting customers, cleaning the shop, and decorating doughnuts.
