About The Position

ORTC, LLC is seeking a District Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and supervision for counseling staff across several locations. This position is based at the Medford Treatment Center and focuses on clinical oversight, staff support, and program quality.

Requirements

• Licensure as an CADC II and QMHP (Qualified Mental Health Professional) in the state of Oregon.
• 5 years' experience in A&D treatment experience in an opiate treatment program.
• Or 4 years' experience and bachelor's degree in related field, or 3 years' experience and master's degree in a related field from an accredited university.
• Meet Oregon requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program.
• Current driver's license.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical oversight, guidance, and supervision to counseling staff across multiple clinic sites, ensuring consistent use of evidence‑based practices and high‑quality service delivery.
• Coordinates staff development, training, and professional support across locations to promote standardized clinical services and strong patient outcomes throughout the district.
• Supervises counselors and professionals in training, including those requiring supervision for certification, licensure, or regulatory compliance, while offering ongoing guidance and support to the counseling team.
• Supports the clinical team through consultation, coaching, and professional development to ensure the delivery of evidence‑based, patient‑centered services.
• Assists team members in helping patients identify strengths, build recovery skills, and work toward social, educational, vocational, and occupational goals while promoting a healthy, drug‑free lifestyle.
• Oversees clinical supervision processes, ensuring staff compliance with program policies, procedures, and documentation standards.
