About The Position

Join Our Team as a District Clinical Nurse Manager at Ocean Beach Health! Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Washington.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Minimum of five years of hospital nursing experience.
• Formal training in nursing leadership or demonstrated leadership experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, or TEAM certification, as applicable.
• Demonstrated ability to remain flexible and perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong critical thinking and sound clinical judgment.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and model self-direction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Maintains all required licensure and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provides operational and clinical leadership for designated nursing departments, ensuring safe, high-quality, patient-centered care and effective supervision of nursing personnel.
