The District Supervisor plans, organizes and directs all aspects of clinical and front desk services and exercises general leadership over all front desk and clinical staff employees in their district. This role manages MAs, Front Desk, and other support positions within designated district, with ability to travel regularly to those locations. The District Supervisor coordinates front and back office staffing schedules including time off requests, monitoring timecards, and overtime. They work with the District Manager to maintain a positive work environment supporting patients, providers, and staff. This role also assists in the recruitment of clinical and front desk personnel needed to staff the facility in order to assure safe, efficient, and effective patient care. The District Supervisor executes policy as needed to accommodate changing activities within the clinic with District Manager sign-off, and consults on determining progressive discipline based on performance, working with Human Resources regarding HR issues. They conduct annual evaluations of employee performance along with the District Manager and assure that clinical services are provided in accordance with policies, procedures, and regulation standards (QA). The District Supervisor mentors and oversees training of Clinical and Front Desk team members, reviews quarterly Patient Satisfaction Surveys and follows up as needed, and presides at regularly scheduled staff meetings as needed. They surface operational friction points to the DM/Central Operations team along with proposed solutions, and assist in opening new office locations including onboarding and training on FD best practices and systems. This role provides coverage for the District Manager as needed and serves as an emergency contact for alarm notices. The District Supervisor is committed to company vision and values.
