About The Position

As the District Administrative Specialist based in our Calgary Main location, you will be the first point of contact providing exemplary client service encompassing a high level of professionalism. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will provide general administrative support and offer general assistance & information to callers on banner products, locations, addresses and contacts.

Requirements

  • You have a minimum of 1-year related reception or switchboard experience
  • You are proficient with Microsoft Office products - Outlook & Excel; AS400 an asset
  • You embody the highest level of professionalism and polish
  • You have excellent written and verbal skills
  • You have excellent time management and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • You will be the face of the branch and be the first point of contact and will answer all inquiries and telephone calls with a high level of passion and enthusiasm
  • You will make a difference by helping your fellow colleagues by taking on administrative tasks and also ensuring that they receive all the documentation to do their job in a timely fashion.
  • You will be a Brand Ambassador and will enhance every customer experience with your ability to offer exceptional service, your great communication skills and your friendly demeanour and ensure all company policies are followed.
