About The Position

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a District Account Manager in Fort Myers, Florida (FL). This role involves overseeing multi-site guarding operations, guiding Field Supervisors and security teams to deliver exceptional performance. The District Account Manager will conduct site inspections, ensure compliance with post orders, and maintain high standards of safety and professionalism. This role also plays a key part in developing the team through coaching, training, and mentorship, and supports branch operations by managing essential administrative processes.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age.
Class D Security License.
Associate’s Degree.
3 years of responsible experience in the security industry and/or business management.
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
Additional relevant experience can be substituted for the required education on the basis of one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education.
Is organized, self-disciplined, technologically savvy, compliant, and communicates timely and effectively at all levels.

Willing to fill in at lower levels when necessary while managing high-level responsibilities.
