This position is responsible for managing and building business relationships through a consultative approach with our distributor customers and their clients in order to achieve sales goals. Ensures that systems and processes are in place to meet the needs of external and internal customers. The position compliments the Sales Team in an effort to sell more doors through high quality customer service.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of customer service/inside sales experience.
  • Excellent communication skills. both in email and phone calls.
  • General knowledge with CE, Microsoft Word, and Excel spreadsheets.
  • Fluent computer skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Sales experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience with ERP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Entering estimates into our estimating systems, updating existing estimates, and coordinating with our customers to ensure that the appropriate product is being specified and quoted.
  • Ensures success in this role, you should display organizational skills and be able to multi-task while working within our systems. Attention to detail is important.
  • Estimates/quotes projects.
  • Ability to multi-task on different projects that need estimates entered.
  • Work independently to achieve daily benchmarks.
  • Fills in for Inside Sales Representatives as needed.
  • Performs duties as assigned by supervisor.
