About The Position

Commercial Pipe & Supply (CPS), part of the Harrington family of companies, is seeking a Distribution Teammate to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role supports warehouse operations and order fulfillment while emphasizing safety, accuracy, teamwork, and proper handling and organization of products. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of forklift or similar equipment experience, or the ability to become certified.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Commitment to safety and following established procedures.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 90% of the workday.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent walking, bending, stooping, and climbing.
• Ability to operate a forklift and get on and off throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload inbound and outbound materials.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Verify shipping and receiving documentation for accuracy.
• Place and organize products properly within the warehouse.
• Assist will-call customers and support Inside Sales with order fulfillment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform routine equipment and forklift safety inspections.
• Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Immediately report safety concerns, accidents, and near misses.
• Support additional warehouse and operational tasks as needed.
