The role focuses on safely handling and organizing materials, fulfilling orders, assisting customers and Inside Sales, and maintaining an accurate, clean, and safe warehouse. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of forklift or similar equipment experience, or ability to become certified.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Commitment to safety and following established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload inbound and outbound materials.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Verify shipping and receiving documentation for accuracy.
• Place and organize products properly within the warehouse.
• Assist will-call customers and support Inside Sales with order fulfillment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform routine equipment and forklift safety inspections.
• Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment safely.
• Immediately report safety concerns, accidents, or near misses.
• Support additional warehouse and operational tasks as needed.
