Distribution Specialist

Timeless•Tempe, AZ

About The Position

Distribution Specialists deliver Timeless products safely, on time, and in full to dispensary partners. On delivery days, they represent Timeless to customers. Routes may not occupy the entire day, and when routes are complete or the schedule is light, the specialist supports the facility wherever needed. The role is physical and fast-paced, involving continual lifting, loading, and climbing in and out of a vehicle, often within tight delivery windows. The specialist is responsible for accurate, compliant deliveries; vehicle inspections and safe operation; customer and merchandising support; and facility work between routes. Facility assignments may include production, packaging, pre-roll, inventory, warehouse work, or facility upkeep. Specialists follow the SOP and PPE requirements for assigned tasks, ask before proceeding if they have not been trained, and report to the Lead or Supervisor of the area they are supporting.
