About The Position
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Distribution Specialist to join our warehouse and distribution team in Conshohocken, PA. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday opportunity for someone with warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience who enjoys working in an organized work environment.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving or inventory control experience preferred
- Biotech, pharmaceutical or medical device experience is a plus
- ERP/MRP experience such as QAD preferred
- Ability to regularly lift/move up to 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
- Ability to pass required background screening
Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, inspect and verify incoming shipments
- Sort, count, label, package and stock inventory
- Pick and pack finished goods for daily shipping
- Prepare and load outgoing orders
- Support cold-chain shipping and related preparation
- Pull inventory and materials for production
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Operate pallet jacks and dollies
- Identify and report damaged, missing or incorrect shipments
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized warehouse
- Follow company safety, quality and regulatory procedures
