The Distributor Manager leads and supports the sales team to drive revenue growth and profitability within the territory by developing strong relationships with distributors. They are directly responsible for accelerating sales growth within their designated sales area and through the performance development of Area Sales/Account Managers, ensuring a results-driven approach. Success in this role depends on fostering collaboration, aligning sales strategies, and maintaining clear communication across teams. Additionally, the incumbent will play a crucial role in analyzing and reporting market conditions and key customer performance, ensuring informed decision-making and strategic adjustments to optimize growth. This role requires to be based in California to meet customer's needs, but it is still a remote role.
