Under the supervision of the Regional Sales Director, Distribution North America, the Distribution Sales Manager, North America is responsible for executing the regional distribution sales strategy. This role leads and develops the sales team, drives revenue growth, market penetration, and customer engagement across the distribution channel, and ensures disciplined execution of pricing, programs, and channel priorities. This role is accountable for translating strategy into execution through direct leadership of regional sales teams and key accounts. As part of the Sales team, this leadership role is responsible for achieving revenue targets and building a high-performing, execution-focused sales organization.
