About The Position

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of benefits across North America for a newly independent organization. As North America Benefits Manager, you will lead the administration and ongoing evolution of our health and welfare, leave, and retirement programs; helping ensure they are well-run, employee-focused, compliant, and fit for the needs of our business in the US and Canada.

Requirements

  • Experience in U.S. and Canada health and retirement benefit programs and can operate confidently in an environment with multiple vendors, regulatory requirements, and evolving business needs
  • Strong skills in benefits communications, vendor partnership, compliance risk management, and strategic planning
  • Thinks end-to-end and takes ownerships for results
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving organization
  • Values collaboration, clarity and low-ego ways of working

Responsibilities

  • Drive the U.S. benefits redesign agenda, helping shape competitive, employee-centered programs that support a newly independent business
  • Lead key annual benefits moments, including Annual Enrollment, compliance activities, required filings, and other critical program milestones
  • Create clear, engaging benefits communications and education that help employees understand, value, and make the most of their benefits
  • Partner with vendors, Finance, HR, and local teams to ensure benefits programs are delivered smoothly, accurately, and with a strong employee experience
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for U.S. and Canadian leave administration, working closely with external leave providers to support compliant, compassionate, and consistent employee experiences
