About The Position

Valvoline Global Operations is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and production operations. The role ensures safety, quality, and efficient order fulfillment by managing staff, monitoring inventory, and meeting production schedules and shipment targets. The position also involves training team members, utilizing EHS training, maintaining product quality, and supporting clear communication across operations. Bilingual Spanish and English communication skills are preferred.

Requirements

• 4-year degree preferred
• In lieu of degree, 5 - 7 years of management experience is required
• The ability to motivate and manage personnel
• Strong multitasking skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent decision-making skills
• Conflict resolution skills
• Inventory experience
• Previous SAP experience
• Strong in EHS programs and training that are required from EHS teams

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual Spanish and English communication skills preferred

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the quality of products
• Oversee the daily operation of the warehouse
• Ensure safety regulations are being followed
• Ensure the production scheduling is efficient
• Ensure the target number of order shipments is met
• Monitor daily warehouse reports
• Display high team leadership to evaluate staffing schedules
• Monitor the quality of products being shipped out of the warehouse
• Train loaders and pickers on safety protocols
• Communicate frequently with production assistants on various orders
• Oversee inventory management
