Distribution Inventory Analyst

About The Position

This role involves reviewing SAP transactions, coordinating inventory adjustments, and investigating inventory movements. The analyst will maintain constant communication with DC management and SAP teams (OTC, PTP) regarding inventory transactions. A key responsibility is the control and supervision of SAP buckets, making necessary adjustments, and providing management with reports on bucket status. The analyst will also analyze inventory information and reports, discuss any unusual findings with management, and support cycle counts by researching inventory discrepancies. Reporting and other clerical duties are also part of the role.

Requirements

Experience reviewing SAP transactions.
Ability to coordinate inventory adjustments.
Skills in investigating inventory movements.
Constant communication with DC management and SAP teams (OTC, PTP).
Constant control and supervision of different SAP buckets.
Ability to make adjustments in SAP buckets.
Providing DC management with reports.
Analyzing inventory information and reports.
Discussing unique or out-of-place information with management.
Support Cycle Counts.
Research inventory discrepancies.
Reporting skills.
Other clerical skills as needed.
