About The Position

The Distribution Generalist supports warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, inventory control, receiving, loading, and retail deliveries. The role requires attention to detail, safe work practices, flexibility, and strong customer service. The position is based in Rochester, NY and pays $20.00 per hour. The Distribution Generalist picks, packs, scans, and prepares customer orders; loads, unloads, and secures products; operates warehouse equipment; receives shipments and maintains inventory; and delivers products to retail locations while representing Cirona Labs professionally. The role also involves maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment, providing customer service, following company policies and safety procedures, and assisting in other areas as business needs require.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum age of 25.
At least one year of delivery driving experience within the past three years.
Valid NYS driver's license and clean driving record.
Knowledge of traffic laws and defensive driving.
Basic computer, communication, and math skills.
Ability to multitask, work independently, and function in a fast-paced team environment.
Reliable transportation and strong attention to detail.
Ability to drive and sit for up to six hours.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to bend, reach, kneel, twist, and perform repetitive tasks.
Ability to wear required PPE.
Comfort driving during early or late hours.

Responsibilities

Pick, pack, scan, and prepare customer orders accurately.
Load, unload, and secure products for delivery.
Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts if applicable, and scanners.
Receive shipments, verify inventory, replenish stock, and report discrepancies.
Inspect products for quality and maintain accurate inventory records.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Deliver products to retail locations while representing Cirona Labs professionally.
Provide excellent customer service and assist with additional facility duties as needed.
