Schweiger Dermatology & Allergy Group is expanding its Allergy & Immunology division to provide integrated care across its network, with a goal of offering allergy services in more than 50 clinics by the end of 2026. The organization is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Allergist to deliver patient-centered allergy and asthma care and contribute to collaborative specialty care alongside dermatology providers. The role is based in a multidisciplinary care model with dermatologists, nurses, and medical assistants. Dedicated immunotherapy coordinators and a shared laboratory support food and aeroallergen mixing and delivery, so no in-office preparation is needed. Placement across multiple states may be available, with flexible placement to match a provider’s preferred region and schedule. Compensation includes a competitive base salary and a bonus structure rewarding long-term impact and success. The stated compensation range is $300,000–$325,000+, with potential eligibility for signing and relocation bonuses. Full-time benefits for employees working 30 or more hours per week include medical, dental, and vision coverage beginning the first of the month after hire; HSA/FSA options; a 401(k) with employer match after 30 days; company-paid short-term disability; pre-tax commuter benefits; and a birthday off as a personal holiday.
