The Distribution Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for building and scaling iLOQ’s distribution channel across North America. You will own the development of a sell-through model that drives revenue via distributors and act as a critical bridge between iLOQ, distributors, and downstream partners. This is a hands-on, impactful role where you directly shape how iLOQ grows through distribution in the North American market.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of experience in channel sales, distribution, or partner management
  • Background in door hardware, access control, or the security industry
  • Proven success in building revenue models driven by distribution and sell-through
  • Experience working with national distributors
  • Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and analytical skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed across North America.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a scalable, structured distribution program for North America
  • Own and develop a sell-through model that drives measurable, distributor-led revenue
  • Manage key distributor relationships and ensure revenue accountability
  • Enable sell-through by: Delivering distributor and partner training, Leading joint sales calls and field engagement, Conducting counter days, ride-alongs, and site visits
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using BANT principles
  • Track and analyze KPIs such as: Revenue performance, Partner activity, Training completion and enablement
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Technical teams to support channel success.
