About The Position

Arhaus is hosting a Distribution Center Job Fair to expedite the interviewing and hiring process. They are looking for dedicated individuals to join their team in various distribution center roles. Recruiters will send email directions once an interview time is selected.

Requirements

High school diploma/GED
Ability to lift/push/pull 150lbs+
Working knowledge of computer programs
Understanding of general work practices in distribution and/or warehousing, including unloading, loading, picking, and shipping/receiving process and procedures

Nice To Haves

1 – 2 years’ experience in a distribution center and/or warehouse setting
Valid driver’s license
The ability to operate equipment at a height potential of 35 ft. (equipment operators)

Responsibilities

Operating equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise
Performing all aspects of receiving, storing, and distribution of merchandise in support of the business
Performing tasks in a standing position for extended periods of time
Repetitive movements
Adapting to change quickly and easily, and performing effectively during times of change
Multi-tasking and managing competing priorities effectively
Building respectful and effective working relationships
Collaborating with others to achieve common goals
Conveying information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
